Bessie Anne Fore

Bessie Anne Fore, 83, of Sanford passed away on Tuesday June 20, 2023. A graveside will be held on Friday June 23, 2023 at Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery at 10am.

She was preceded in death by her husband James W. Fore; parents Wilbur T. Oldham and Josie Wicker Oldham; son James Lewis Fore; grandson Kevin Fore; and great grandson Christian Fore.

She is survived by her daughter Connie Burleson of Swan Quarter NC; grandsons Chester Allen Carroll IV of Wilburton OK, Brian Carroll of Sanford NC, and Randall Fore of Sanford NC; granddaughters Lorrie Johnston (Rob) of Americus GA, Michelle Thomason (Ricky) of Broadway NC, Shannon Carlyle of Sanford NC, and Summer Fore of Sanford NC; great grandsons Michael Johnston (Marilyn) of GA, Chandler Johnston (Molly) of GA, AJ Carroll of OK, Scott Carlyle Jr., of Sanford, Cohen Carroll of TN, Patrick Fore, Justin Fore, and Brantley Fore; great granddaughters Billieanne Carroll of Sanford NC, Kayla Carroll, Ariana Moyer (Seth) of Sanford NC, Sierra Carlyle of Sanford, Sadie Carlyle of Sanford NC, and Brooklyn Fore; great-great grandson Lamont Carroll, Eli Johnston of GA, and Colt Moyer of Sanford NC; and sisters Junita Matthews of Sanford NC and Marie Hasley.
