Billy Ray Womack

Billy R. Womack, 66 of Sanford passed away Friday April 14, 2017. A Memorial service will be held Wednesday at 11:00am at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel. The family will greet friends following the service.

Mr. Womack was born in Chicago, IL, son of the late Nolan Watson Womack and Louise Clark Womack. Billy was a graduate of Sanford Central High School and the UNC School of Pharmacy. He was a local Pharmacist for some 41 years.

Mr. Womack is survived by his wife, Ann Brooks Womack; daughters, Farrah W. Ashley (Scott) of Sanford, and Bambi W Wiggins (Matt) of Cameron; son Patrick Ryan Womack (Johanna) of Dunn; grandchildren, Abby, Bailey, Avery, Caroline, Abram, Mitchell (Victoria), C.J., Brook and Eric; great-grandchildren, David, Adalynn, and Hazel.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Matt Webster Scholarship Fund at Glad Tidings Church, 711 Fairground Rd, Dunn, NC 28334.
