Buddy Ray Thomas

Buddy Ray “Hot Dog” Thomas, 70 of Sanford passed away Tuesday September 7, 2021. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am Thursday at Buffalo Cemetery.

Buddy was born in Sanford a son of the late Lenora Jannette Thomas. He was also preceded in death by siblings, George, Calvin and Roy Thomas, Ethel May Tippit and Joann Thomas. Mr. Thomas worked for the Lee County Maintenance Dept until his retirement.

Surviving are his sisters, Nancy Hardy (David) of Sanford, Linda Lay (Ken) of CA, and Sandy Thomas (JW Lawson) of VA; several nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends following the service.
