Carolyn Ann Logan Childress

Carolyn Ann Logan Childress, 60, of Cameron passed away December 19, 2018. Funeral services will be held Saturday December 22, 2018 at 2pm at Red Branch Church. A visitation will be held Friday December 21, 2018 from 6-8pm at Rogers Pickard Funeral home.

She was born in Chatham Co. daughter of the late Johnny and Elizabeth Logan. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Adele Lee Thomas, brother David Logan, and sister Kathleen Logan.

Carolyn was a very caring and compassionate person who loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed the QVC channel and she also loved cookbooks and for many years was the deli manager at Food Lion.

Mrs. Childress is survived by her husband Eugene Childress; daughters, Nina Ann Thomas (Jason) of Cameron, and Shana Diana Barnes of Sanford; grandchildren, Natalee Thomas, Brianna Thomas, and Sophia Moore.
