Emily Eason

Emily Graham Eason, 89 of Sanford passed away Saturday December 2, 2017. A Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm Saturday (12/9/2017) at St Luke United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Eason was born in Grays Creek, Cumberland Co, daughter of the late May Belle Breece Graham and Daniel Edward Graham. She was preceded in death by her husband Julian Kenneth Eason and two brothers, Lawrence Graham and Daniel Edward Graham. Emily and Ken moved to Sanford in 1957. She was active in her community and St Luke United Methodist Church where she served various positions and committees. In addition to her volunteering and community service, Emily was a bookkeeper for several businesses, served on the Boards of several agencies and loved playing golf. 

Mrs. Eason is survived by daughter Jenifer Eason Heller of Mooresville; son John Kenneth Eason of Seattle, WA; grandchildren, Connor Dane Heller, Jacob Cole Heller, Graham Wesley Eason, and Anna Jillian Eason; a brother, John Robert Graham of Mooresville.

The family will greet friends in the Ladies Parlor following the Memorial service on Saturday.
