Jerry Waylon Ingram, 44 of Sanford passed away Sunday December 25, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Moore Union Christian Church Cemetery.
An Immaculate welder and self-made tattoo artist Waylon’s love of life didn’t come to an end with his death. Waylon transitioned into eternal rest Sunday (12/25/22) at home after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Waylon was born June 28th, 1978 in Anniston, Alabama to Mary McElroy and the late Jerry Ingram and a host of other loved ones. Roll Tide baby!!
He is survived by his better half, Tabitha Baker, of the home, and daughters Lacey and Ashlyn Ingram also of the home. He is also survived by his mother, Mary McElroy, as well as sisters, brothers, aunts, uncles, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Ingram, and a host of other loved ones.
A celebration of life is scheduled for 2:00 at Rogers-Pickard Funeral Home, Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. A short graveside service to follow at Moore Union Christian Church.
