Jessie Lynn Ross O'Quinn

Jessie Lynn Ross O’Quinn, 64 of Cameron went into the loving arms of her Savior surrounded by her family at First Health Hospice House on Monday February 10, 2025. A memorial service will be held on Thursday February 13, 2025, at 6pm at First Apostolic Church. The family will receive friends before the service starting at 5pm.

Mrs. O’Quinn was born in Sanford, a daughter of the late James Bryant Ross and Sarah Burns Masterson Ross. She enjoyed playing with her grandchildren and living a simple but happy life with her family. She played softball and basketball at Deep River. She had a huge love of sports, and her team was NC State. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Michael O’Quinn Sr; grandparents Zora Lee Wicker Ross and Ralph Leroy Ross; and stepson Thomas Michael O’Quinn II.

Jessie is survived by daughter Ashley German; stepson Wayne O’Quinn (Lisa);daughter in law Tammy O'Quinn,18 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother John Ross (Toni Lynn); god-daughters Vickie Walker, Sheila Chamblee, Jenna Schroeder, and Laura Frye; many nieces and nephews; and special friend sister Phyllis Watson.

Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
