Johnny Ray McKay

Johnny Ray McKay 66, of Sanford passed away at his home on Monday, February 7, 2022. A graveside service will be held at Buffalo Cemetery on Sunday June 5, 2022, at 2pm.

Johnny is preceded in death by his parents Fredrick Neill McKay and Mary Hester Wilson McKay, a son Gregory N. McKay, Brothers: Neil Alford (Buster), Preston L., Ronnie R. McKay and a sister Mary M. Carey all of Sanford.

Johnny is survived by his sons Chad McKay of Arkansas; Matthew, wife Emily and grandson Luther McKay of Texas; Sisters Doris Rouse, Connie Fallin of Sanford and Brother Mike and his wife Kathy M. McKay of Goldston. Also, Sister-in-laws Deborah H. McKay and Dorothy B. McKay of Sanford. Nieces and nephews, Kay R. and Scott Swindell III of Sanford, Judy R. and Wayne Medley of Goldsboro, Richard Rouse and companion Cynthia Morgan of Asheville, Danny and Sheila Rouse of Apex, Brent Fallin of Georgia, Jody and wife Emily McKay of Greensboro, Dacia M. Guffey and Delvin McKay of Sanford. Many Great nieces and nephews.
