Linda Willard Hill

June 13, 1950 — March 20, 2022

Linda Willard Hill, 71, of Sanford, NC, passed away on Sunday, March 20, 2022. Graveside services for her will be held on Saturday, March 26,2022 at Watson Cemetery, Marston, NC at 2:00 PM.

 

Linda was preceded in death by her parents Jesse Lee Willard and Cleo Estella Southard Willard; husband Alton Albert Hill; and brother Arthur Willard. Linda loved her family and friends unconditionally.

 

Linda is survived by her son Alton Lee Hill, (Paula Dawn Smith); daughter Glenda Lois Hill of Lemon Springs; grandchildren Amanda Taylor Hill, Philip Allen Hill, and Jessica Lynn Batts; brothers Barry Willard of Sanford, David Willard (Dorthy) of Elkin, Jessie Willard and Roger Willard of Sanford; sisters Annette Arnette (Doc) of Lemon Springs, Wilma Smith of Lemon Springs, Alma Todd (Dale) of Iowa; Patricia Porter of Hamptonville, NC, and Wanda Gunter (Jeff) of Sanford. Sister-in-law Linda Kay Willard of Angier and Edna Hill of Cameron; a brother-in-law Leo Watson of Missouri. Also, many nieces and nephews.

 

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm Friday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home.
