Magalene Benedict

Magalene Page Benedict of Sanford passed away Saturday October 21, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday at the First Baptist Church Chapel. Burial will follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Mamers.

Mrs. Benedict was born in Harnett Co daughter of the late Henry Page and Bertha Byrd Page. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian Luther Benedict. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class.

Mrs. Benedict is survived by her daughter, Jane B. Patterson of Sanford; grandson, Bryan Patterson of Sanford.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00am Wednesday in the Parlor at First Baptist prior to the Funeral service.
