Mary Atheline Carrillo

Mary Atheline Garner Carrillo, 76 of Sanford passed away Wednesday June 29, 2016 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Saturday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Buffalo Cemetery.

Mrs. Carrillo was born in Lee Co, daughter of the late William Jasper “Pete” Garner and Mary Mazelle Brewer Garner. She was preceded in death by a son, Joe Lindol Harvey, brothers, Bobby Garner and William Ervin Garner, and a sister, Joanne Garner. Mary was a homemaker and a former volunteer with Operation Head Start.

Mrs. Carrillo is survived by her husband Raymond Carrillo; children, Dorinda Gail Norris, Tammy Delaney, Jeff Hilliard (Leslie), George Estes, Mary Raynette Carrillo, and Daniel Carrillo (Carlita); 16 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth G. Walston; brothers, Joseph Michael Garner and Charles Garner; Caregiver and Best Friend Janett Jones.  

The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home.
