Robert Gordon "Bob" Stevens

Robert Gordon “Bob” Stevens, 78 of Sanford passed away Monday January 1, 2024. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Friday (1/5/2024) at Broadway Town Cemetery.

Mr. Stevens was born in Carteret Co, NC a son of Dorothy Womble Stevens and the late Layton Marion Stevens. Bob loved the outdoors, being on the water and fishing.

Mr. Stevens is survived by his daughter, Kim S. Garner (Mike) of Sanford; his mother, Dorothy Womble Stevens of Sanford; brothers, Jerry Stevens (June) of Cameron, and George M. Stevens (JoAnn) of Durham; sister, Mary Jane Newton (Charles Sr) of NY; grandchildren, Shane Garner (Leslie), Grant Garner, and Jake Garner; great grandchildren, Zoey and Carson Garner.
