Terry Russell Ellis

Terry Russell Ellis, 65 of Sanford passed away on July 24,2021. Funeral services will be held at 7pm Thursday July 29,2021 at Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel.

Terry was born in Lee County to the late Johnny Russell Ellis and Carolyn Barrett Ellis. He was a carpenter for thirty years and owned Terry’s Locksmith. Terry loved his family, all sports and had a special love for his dog and the great outdoors.

Terry is survived by his sons Chad Ellis (McKyla Wilkie) of Sanford, Joshua Dickens (Jessica) of Sanford, daughters Bridgette Brigman (CJ) of Deep River and Amanda Crittenden of Sanford; stepmother Gerry Scott Ellis of Sanford; brothers Chuck Ellis (Diana) of Sanford, Kenneth Ellis of Lemon Springs, and Scott Partington of Swansboro NC; sisters Melony Harkey (John) of Sanford; Tammy Cremins of Huntersville, NC; and Cathy Persons (Todd) of Sanford and nine grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6pm-7pm on July 29,2021 at the Rogers Pickard Funeral Home Chapel.
