William Howard Newbound

William Howard Newbound, 93, of Sanford passed away Friday October 6, 2023. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday October 10, 2023, at 11am at Buffalo Cemetery.

Mr. Newbound was born in Livingston Co, MI, a son of the late Kenneth T. Newbound and Katherine Jones Newbound. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Jean Newbound. Mr. Newbound was an avid reader and lifelong learner. He was a collector and hobbyist and was extremely proud of the photography he provided for his wife’s books.

Mr. Newbound is survived by his daughters Laurie Newbound Lee and husband James and Emalee Newbound McCracken and husband Pat; granddaughter Cydney Leigh McCracken; and brother K. James Newbound and wife Hilda.
